Call to Order: Mrs. Silvia welcomed everyone to her. She explained the process that herself .She said they would start first 5 and they would have a bid cycle.  It would start on Oct. 13, 2016, contractors will come through and give price. We will go with the lower price.

Questions:  Mr. Springer asked on contractors would they have to show their work. He said he wanted good contractors

Mrs. Silvia said the bulk of contractors have already did work around Gadsden County with us. We do try to look at the work at their work and make sure they are in good standing.

Mrs. Thomas asked for help with the re program. You have to be owner of the house. You have to be in good standing.

Just take your name and phone number and first come first serve basis. You have to reside in the home.

  Mr. Lockwood asked is there something you can do to make it livable.

  Ms. Silvia said she would put her name on the waiting list.

 Mr. Springer said if she has utilities running then it’s livable.

 Mr. Lockwood said they understand the process. 

She asked for additional public comments and there where none.
